This hotel was the most beautiful airport hotel I've ever stayed in. It was very easy to find after exiting the airport. A 30 second walk from the exit. No roads to cross with heavy luggage, just a small, pedestrian plaza. The hotel is in a very quiet space. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and check in was fast. My room was very elegant, extremely comfortable and very roomy. The bath was exactly what I needed after a long flight from Australia. I stayed again on the last night of my holiday as I had a very early international flight the following morning. I enjoyed the hotel just as much the second time. The staff in the bar were fantastic. Its a very classy bar and restaurant exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Fantastic hotel!! Very warm welcome when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. The most important thing was it was super quiet. Even though it's an airport hotel, there was no noise coming from the outside and no noise from the rooms next door or above. We regretted not booking this hotel for the number of days we were in Berlin and traveling from there to the city center as the hotel is a 2 minute walk to the airport and a 3 minute walk to the train station that gets you to Berlin Central Station in around 20-30 minutes!! Thank you for making our stay, a stay to remember!!

Great stay for flight the next day. Lovely room and very clean . All staff were very helpful and professional, I was also able to borrow a phone charger from reception even though I didn't have a credit card for a deposit , the lady at reception trusted me to return it against my room number, which I did on checking out. Would highly recommend a stay here , the price of the room was very reasonable for the facilities Maybe just tweek your credit card rule for borrowing forgotten items and adding USB ports to the room sockets would be an added bonus.

All of the staff were very helpful. After our overseas flight it was so helpful to have the opportunity to leave our luggage while we visited the city until evening when we checked in. The staff at the front desk were so knowledgeable and helpful to us , providing not only map, directions to the train and how to purchase a ticket but looked up the time of the expected departure time for the next train. Location was amazing, the room’s comfortable and breakfast was perfect with unbelievable choices. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
